AFTER THE STORM

2009 the year of renewal

For Barausse SpA, being in the Market after 2008 with the desire to develop old and new customers and so grasp new opportunities reveals that we have interpreted the change properly.

                                                 

Barausse SpA means doors for interiors all over the world. And doors for interiors constitute in turn a complex world whose evolutions and involutions follow infinite lines, not all of them always in growth.

2008 gave us the opportunity to experience the different nuances which have coloured the cultural and economic changes in the countries with which we maintain commercial relationships. The slow rhythm resulting from the serious global economic conditions focussed our mindsand stimulated our creativity, permitting us to interpret the changed market needs properly. 












2009: the market is an important conquest

2008 therefore provided us with a useful "lesson" for grasping the fundamental elements in order to begin the new year on the right foot.

And so, where should we start from?

From the market without a doubt. Our presence both in Italy and around the world will be more diffuse and organized.

The domestic market, which saw the fame of our brand grow during 2008, will be followed in a careful and precise manner.  Since 1 January, ten macro agencies have been integrated with the sales network, contributing to the coverage of virtually every corner of the country. This is Barausse's response to the growing demands of the domestic market. Offering all our customers the possibility of being followed directly in situ allows us to offer up-to-date, valid and effective solutions at all times.

Barausse SpA, the first Italian exporter of doors for interiors, maintains commercial relationships with 22 countries which counted for 80% of revenues in 2008. Relationships with the foreign markets are therefore the focus of great attention. It is specifically abroad that the company's presence will be reinforced; eight new countries will in fact enter our commercial orbit in a planned manner.

Barausse is therefore at the customer's side in the literal sense of the term. This closeness is the most effective way to provide full-spectrum collaboration for the projects we are involved in. This is because by making our Technical Office and the Architecture&Design division available we can intervene authoritatively in the various development and organizational stages of the project itself.



2009: the customer is the strongest reference

The renewal of our relationship with our customers. A new mission? Perhaps not!

The particular attention which has always been dedicated to every customer is even more deliberate today because there is a greater awareness of the value of our interlocutors and of the relationship established with them. 

The product's uniqueness, durability, beauty, technology, gratifying satisfaction, speed and skill are the bonds that profoundly link the company to its market.

We decided to raise our quality standards by implementing avant-garde technologies in our new production works; this is the reason why the models proposed in our catalogue are even more economical. The excellent product that leaves our factories would not be sufficient to explain the depth of the commitment we have taken on. Reaching customers immediately with precise information and specific services is what identifies Barausse. Concreteness, completeness and skill are always combined in every relationship we have with customers.







2009: the door for interiors is the culture of value for Barausse

And what place does design occupy in the value scale? Its position is also at the highest level because it is specifically design which makes us unique by increasing the value of our product in order to give it cultural prominence. Indeed, as with every other project which meets precise characteristics, even the designer door for interiors becomes a collector's item, conserving a freshness of style which satisfies forever.

Design is always simplification. Design can be customized and industrialized and therefore design is always an advantageous value.

Secret, the latest arrival in the Barausse household, incarnates this definition perfectly.  No longer with jambs, trim and frames, Secret aligns and blends into the wall, skilfully employing the play of camouflage to adapt to every design need in terms of style and decoration. Secret is the invisible which makes designers free to make the door a concept and attribute value to it. But design is also an aesthetic relationship with a graphic sign; this is where Massimo Iosa Ghini's proposals for Barausse come from. Three collections signed by the great designer will be presented at MADE expo 2009 while Room and Canaletto will also enrich the 2009 catalogue proposals.



2009: the great plans

Very great attention will be dedicated to contracting and particularly to the hotel sector. Our products are being screened to obtain new approvals and new certifications;  the aim is to offer the markets technological doors which are not only beautiful and competitive but which always comply with changes in the regulations in force.



2009: eco-compatibility

Finally I am pleased to announce here that the procedure for defining the eco-compatibility features of the door for interiors has been completed.This initiative, promoted by Barausse Spa and drawn up by Federlegno-Arredo with the consultancy of the Faculty of Architecture of Florence University, finally identifies precise parameters for the realization of products which have given environmental requirements.
